| The Manor House in Laskowa was built in 1677 by the then landlords of the village – the Laskowski family. Afterwards the landlords and function fulfilled by the house changed repeatedly. Since 1992 it has belonged to the Michałowski family. It is a single-storey building with baroque features covered by a mansard roof in the Kraków type of the Polish style (both parts of the roof have an equal pitch). It is worth paying attention to the ceiling above the old chapel, which is divided by stucco decoration into areas that are filled with polychrome work using figurative, floral and geometric motifs. The mid-section is occupied by a painting of The Blessing Christ on canvas, while the corners have busts of the Evangelists. |
